• Collaborate with the product development team

• Ensure overall sales budget is achieved and / or exceeded

• Responsible for managing the sales team

• Oversee total compliance ofwithhe performance management process and reviews of all sales team staff.

• Regularly make field trips to supervise, organize and coordinate all field activities and ensure successful business campaigns. 

• Maintain necessary data and records for future reference. 

• Collaborate with the Head, Human Capital Development to develop suitable training plans for all 
  members of the commercial team. 

• Identify and quantify product and process improvement opportunities.

• Liaise with International, National and Local regulatory bodies to ensure maximum compliance with required standards. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of prior sales operations, business planning, or sales support management roles in telecommunication, Regional Global sales experience. 
• Minimum of a bachelor degree, MBA preferred. 
•  Membership of an appropriately recognized professional body
• Deep and proven experience in developing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
