Role: Subsea Manager
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all subsea operations for the semi-submersible drilling rig, both onshore and offshore.
Oversee the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of subsea equipment, specifically Cameron and NOV equipment.
Lead and manage the subsea team, ensuring efficient operation in both onshore and offshore settings.
Develop and implement subsea procedures and practices to maximize operational efficiency and safety.
In charge of reporting and documenting all maintenance, plans and documentation related to subsea department.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory policies.
Facilitate communication between onshore management and offshore operations.
Plan and oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of Blowout Preventer (BOP) systems and other subsea hardware.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in subsea operations, with expertise in managing both onshore and offshore activities.
Proven track record with Cameron and NOV subsea equipment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of leading diverse teams in various environments.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
(Bachelor’s) degree in Engineering or related field; additional certifications in subsea operations are beneficial.
Strong commitment to upholding safety standards and environmental regulations.
Flexibility to work in both onshore and offshore environments as required.
