• Collaborate with chief operating officer to develop, plan, cordinate and implement the company's administrative policies, procedures and systems 
• Maintain oversight of the centres administrative and operational systems and processes to support the smooth running of the abuja center
• Monitor and ensure adherence  to practice data capture procedures relating to new patient enquiries and treatment plans
• Drive various  business development initiatives as agreed with the coo or chief executive officer, exploring new effective ways to expand te practice patient base
• Ensure the efficient operation of the patient recall and reactivation process with te aim of rebooking lapsed patients and gaining acceptance of treatment plans not taken
• Oversee the onboaring of new janitors
• Enforce employee and organizational compliance with relevant health and safety policies, requirements and regulations
• Implememt and monitor compliance of the centre's driver with company fleet management policies and procedures
• Ensure the availaibility of required logistics services to support daily business operations
• Inventory Mangement
• Security  services and vendor management

Requirement

• A first degree /HND in business administration or business management
• An MBA or post graduate qualification in any health administration witl be an added advantage
• At least 7 years relevant experience in the health care or ospitality support services
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Packages

Salary

500, 000 Naira gross salary
