JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and execute performance evaluation of staff
• Selection and recruitment of personnel as the need arises
•  Supervise the monthly payroll operations; ensure the accurate and timely payroll delivery
• Identify staff development needs, develop staff development programs, and monitor staff development progress
• Plan and execute all staff communication, relation, and relations programs including but not limited to teambuilding and recreational activities.
• Develop, review and implement the human resource policy and procedures
• Develop and review the welfare of Staff
• Supervise the Administration Department
• Perform any special duties/projects as assigned by the Head of Finance and Admin or/ and Managing Director

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• CIPM/HRCI Certified
• Demonstrate experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation , and presentation skills
• Competence to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

REMUNERATION: 250k-320k
